I am a 24 year old girl who intends to get a Canadian PR. I am done with my biometrics and I will hopefully get my CoPR in the second half of the year. I have a few questions. I intend to come back to my home country to get married somewhere in December/January. Now, the problem is that my partner has vitiligo, hernia and slip-disk. Will he be granted a spouse visa after we get married or will these health issues prove to be a problem? Will he be required to get a medical examination done? If yes, can he be refused a spouse visa or TPR because of these health issues? Pls help!
