Queries regarding refusal

Hello friends

My name is Gurjot.I have done bachelor of pharmacy in 2017 with 80% marks.I applied for pharmacy technician course in centennial college for jan intake.My ielts score is 7.0 with not less than 6.5.I fulfill all the requirements for study permit but still got my visa refusal.The reasons were language abilities,future plans and prospects.A friend of mine who is my classmate has the same profile got her visa. I was shocked.I don't know what to do further.Plss someone suggest what should I do??

Given you are already a pharmacist going to school for pharmacy tech does nothing to advance your career. Surprised your friend got a study visa.

No I don't.I reapplied by giving answers to their refusal resasons.I hope this time embassy won't do injustice to me.
