I have few questions regarding submission in Express Entry profile.
Scenario: My husband has 14 yrs of experience in IT and we recently came to Canada on a Intra Company Transfer WP. NOC Code 2173. LMIA Exempt. We got our ECA evaluation done and completed language tests (IELTS LRWS 8,9,7,7 for my husband and CELPIP LRWS 9,12,8,7 for me).
Question 1: Since my husband has not completed 1 year in Canada in closed WP yet but has valid job offer for the next 3 years (as mentioned in deputation letter), can we claim 50 points for the job offer? This is separate from the 50 points that we will get when he completes one year in Canada experience.
Question 2: Our initial WP was only for a year until Dec 31, 2019 and we are in the process of submitting for WP extension for another 3 years until end of 2022. His company has given a revised offer letter to extend his stay until that period. Does this have any impact if we submit our Express Entry profile now?
Question 3: He has been in the current company for more than 10 years and have been promoted multiple times (from Consultant to Group Project Manager). However, the NOC has been constant - 2173. Will there be any questions based on this and do we have to provide any supplemental documentation for this?
Question 4: Considering we can claim 50 points for the current LMIA exempt job offer, with our current IELTS/CELPIP scores, our CRS comes to about 442 at present and after 3 months when he completes one year, it will go to 490. Should we submit EE profile now and update with 1 year in 3 months or should we wait until we have the points for the 1 year Canadian experience?
Question 5: We have a 4 year old son who was born in USA. Do we need to provide his information in the EE profile too?
