Queries regarding document upload post ITA

Hello Seniors,

I received ITA on January 12. Starting that day I have 90 days to fill the form, upload the documents and pay the fees.

We went through Medical Examination on 25th of Jan.

I have completed filling the forms in my application.

I have not yet uploaded any documents and paid the fees.

Questions:

1) The last organization I worked with is taking time in issuing the reference letter with roles and responsibilities. That is the last document which I am waiting for.

Is it possible to go ahead and upload the documents I have on my hand and pay the fees and upload the reference letter after some days once I receive it ?

2) Do we need to upload certified true copies of all the documents ? Or simple color scan works ?

2- A good quality color scan is sufficient.
