Queries regarding addition of a dependent in EE profile.

Hi Team,

AOR- 18th May 19. Biometrics passed.

I did the court marriage on 9th Aug 19 and got the certificate on 19th Aug 19.
I raised the Webform on 19th Aug 19 in order to add my spouse as my dependent in my existing profile.
Got an email on 27th Aug 19 that my marriage certificate is accepted and they want me to mail the following 3 forms and addons to Edmonton:

• A new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008),
• (If applicable) A new Schedule A - Background/Declaration Form (IMM 5669),
• (If applicable) A new Additional Dependants/Declaration Form (IMM 0008DEP),

and
The add-on request including:

• your client ID number/UCI,
• a detailed letter of explanation,
• a copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship, and
• if applicable, the proof of payment.

Now, on 30th Aug 19, I got a PDF in my profile where they want me to make the payment and upload forms & documents on the protal itself.

My questions are:
1-Do we need to send 3 forms + addon courrier to edmonton? or just uploading on the portal is OK. Coz out of those 5 forms asked in PDF, 3 are similar which are asked in the email.

2-Why are they asking me to send the docs to Edmonton instead of Ottawa (My VO)?

3-Do we need to fill all those forms for applicant as well as dependent?

4-In my portal,2 Document upload sections got opened with same name (kit, forms)? what does that mean?

5-Where should we upload or send scanned IELTS,WES, work experience etc documents coz that is not asked in the PDF or email?
