Ques 1. Section 22. Details of family members, The question in this is will you family members accompany you
My wife, yes she will be coming with me and I will tick "yes"
Do I have to write my Father and Mother detail in this tab or only wife/kids?

Ques 2. Do I have to write entire details of schooling I done? or just secondary, higher secondary and engineering
Seconary school- 1 year in 1996
(above school I did my 1st class to 10th,so my duration from 1986 to 1996)
So which to write- 1995, june to 1996, March or 1985, June to 1998, March
Below things are clear
Higher Socondary- 2years 1996 to 1998
Engineering- 4 years 1998 to 2002
Ques 3. Personal Detail tab (schedule 1- section 11) is not sufficient for me to entire details, Can I take a photo copy of that sheet and enter the remaining details. How should I mention, there is an additional sheet kept for this data.
Ques 4. Section 15, shedule 1: Addresses, whether address verification happen for all these addresses I stayed. What proof Visa office/immigration ask for these stays. I dont have any proof of these stays. Is my self-affadvict enough for this.

Ques 5: IELTS is done- Do I have to submit my IELTS xerox copy
Ques 6: Work experience in occupation field, I hope, this is the column where I mention my designation.
Also, I will have to mention the jobs with NOC codes only here. am I correct.
Ques 7: Do i have to submit the representative form, when I am not having a representative?
ques 8: Forms to be printed and all data need to be written, Any ink preferences, Black/Blue etc?
