queries for paperwork post ITA

I received my ITA on 10th July and I need to submit paperwork.
Please guide/ suggest on below two points:

1. Employment -
I worked for 6 organizations including the present one.
I believe I need to submit job description and responsibilities which should match the NOC code which I mentioned.
So do I need to get this letter from all my previous organizations?
My employmeny history is as below:
Job1 - 1.2 year - NOC 2173
job2 - 1.8 year - NOC 2173
job3 - 9 months - NOC 2173
job4 - 9 months - NOC 2173
job5 - 4.4 years - NOC 2171
job6 (current) - 1.5 years - NOC 2171

2. Address History -
I am applying from India and have resided in India throughout.
Do I need to submit proof for address history?
If yes, how far back in time the proofs are needed?
If the proof is needed since my birth and they are not available then what is the way out in this case?

1. You need to submit documents for any jobs you're getting points for. If you aren't getting points for it, you can move the job to Personal History. I don't think you'll get points for Jobs 1 - 4, since you already have 3+ years of employment in jobs 5 & 6.

2. No, you don't need to submit address proof. You need to simply tell them the addresses since age 18 or past 10 years, whichever is sooner.
