Queries about WES and gap in experience

Hi everyone. Please share your thoughts about my case. I have 2 queries.
1. I have applied for WES evaluation for my BE and ME degrees both of which are from India from Panjab University and Thapar Univeristy respectively. My first question is that will my ME degree be treated as a diploma or a degree?
2. I have worked as an assistant professor for 13 months whichever is recognised under NOC 4011 skill level A. After that I have a huge gap in work experience. I haven't had a job from September 2014 till now and that is one of the reasons for me to immigrate. Will this affect my case?

are we eligible for NOC 4011 or NOC 4021 if we were assistant professor in a college/institute rather than a university?

I am planning to apply through Express PR. I have work experience of 3.2 yrs with gaps involved in between. Of this 3.2yrs, 0.6yrs was before my Post Graduation and rest 2.8 after my Post Graduation.

1 - After my PG, 1st tenure was 1.3yrs ( with all docs i.e. salary slips, appointment letter and relieving letter)
2 - 2nd tenure of 0.4yrs then a gap of 9 months ( Appointment letter and salary slips and FNF settlement mail but no relieving letter)
3 - Third tenure of 0.4yrs ( Offer Letter, salary slips but no relieving letter and no exit documents)
4 - 4th tenure was of 0.7yrs. ( All docs and awaiting my exit docs as will get it with my FNF settlement)
Please advise if this should be a cause of worry.

I have not absconded in any of these cases except for my job before my PG that was for a tenure of 6 months . Please guide if i should disclose these experience as foreign work experience while applying for PR as this will affect my CRS score (1-3 yrs work ex gives me 25 points whereas 3+years gives me 50 points)
