That's an interesting one. The traffic history, as far as I know, is run from the driver's licence number. If you didn't have a QLD driver's licence, then the tickets probably won't show up. Your police certificate from Australia, however, may be another story.

This also opens up a bunch of other questions, as far as I know, you have three months of driving in QLD before you must obtain a local licence.

I think it will depend on seriousness of offence.
If it was for speeding or parking, it should not impact.

Normally they dont ask for your DL history but just criminal check. Not paying fine is not a crime and should not impact your check.

But I would suggest to pay off that fine online and live stress free.

For QLD and Victoria you must provide a driver's licence history along with a police/criminal check.

Hey, I found a way to pay my fine through SPER website. My new doubt is, If I pay now, will I get a clear police certificate or atleast stating that I paid the fine. How long will it take for the national police department Australia to get update from SPER queensland ??? I tried calling SPER but my calls not getting through computer response.
