Quebec work for CEC

I am on OWP. My husband have LMIA Quebec so we are staying here in Quebec. I turned 1 year on my job last February 2024 and i am an IT data specialist. My company is in Montreal but I am a complete remote employee, never to the office.
I am planning to apply for PR via CEC. can i use my current job as a job offer? i don't have LMIA for this work. i am on full time permanent position.
Can you help me figure it out please.

You can't claim job offer points on an open work permit without having an approved LMIA. So the short answer is no.
