Recently, my wife (dependent) and I received invitations to take the Quebec Values Test as part of the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Programm process.
I registered myself on Friday evening, got approval immediately, and passed the exam. My wife registered the next morning. Since then, she hasn't received approval and can't log into her account. She also can't re-register because the system says the invitation code has been used. When she requests a new password (even though she remembers the current one), she doesn't receive any emails in her inbox.
Has anyone experienced the same issue? What should we do?
