Hello Everyone,
I am a U.K. Citizen but I have been living in Canada under the working holiday visa for a year and half now. From June I will have been living with my partner for a year and therefore class as common law and where's them going to apply for permanent residency (visa runs out 31st August 2017.
However I want to study in Quebec which I will need a loan for. From what I have read I. We'd to get some sort of CSQ but I need to get this before I get my PR card? Is this correct?
Or am I better staying in BC and moving across after I get my PR card?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
