I need some advice.
I have just finished my undergraduate degree from a university in Ontario, my study permit is to expire on the 31st of August.
I just received an acceptance to a university in Quebec, and have only now been able to apply for a CAQ, however, I am concerned I might not get a CAQ in time and I want to prepare for what I can do.
I read on the web page for implied status that if you have two applications pending for temporary residnece and if the first gets approved the status of the second one applies
In the event that I don't get my CAQ by the 31st, do you think its a good idea to apply for a post graduate work permit to give me implied status then apply for a study permit extension when i do receive the CAQ? Is that possible or is there a better option for me to legally stay in Canada while I wait for my CAQ
