Quebec SW Immigration programme - UK degrees and priority processing

Dear all,

I am considering the option to apply for immigration under the Quebec SW Immigration programme.
For the purpose of priority processing, could my MBA degree from an UK university be considered by the governement of Quebec as equivalent to the Canadian qualification?

It is to be noted that the comparative table of diplomas from some countries, such as UK, Australia, and NZ are not listed in "The guide of immigration procedures" -Annexe4 available at publicationsduquebec website.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with advice on that.
