Hi All,
Wanted some info on the TRV process connected to an International Student in Quebec.
1. is the spouse of an Intl student in Quebec eligible to accompany the student ?
2. does the spouse need a CAQ ? or is CAQ applicable only for students ?
3. if the student / spouse has an approved CAQ, are there chances of the TRV application getting rejected by the visa officer based on regulation 179 ? (not convinced that the applicant will return to the home country )
4. Who examines the TRV applications ? Govt of Quebec or Canadian Govt (CIC) ?
any info on this topic ( spouse of student in Quebec ) will be much appreciated.
