My one friend who is the dentist by profession, got the rejection letter before 3 days, his application was of December, 2010. His language points have been calculated as per the new law means that of getting 16 in Listening and speaking. i.e. He got only 2 points for A1 and A2 level. He got 0 in areas of training. And thus could not meet the minimum requirement of the points as per the Quebec Immigration.
