Quebec Skilled Worker

I am confuse about something on the immigration site.It says that the diploma or degree must have been obtained in the five years previous to applying for a Québec Selection Certificate (QSC)or the applicant must have worked for at least one year out of the five years in question in a field directly related to the diploma or degree obtained and for which assessment is being made. I just got my diploma in Information Technology this year but i have been working on the field for more than 5 years now ..so does it mean that my diploma needs to be at list 5 years old before i apply ? Cause hopefully i will be able to apply next year around July 2012 or January 2013 . I have been working on getting all my documents in order but now i don't know if i will be able to even apply. What kind of documents i would need to provide to show my experience in the field for the one year in question ? One of the job i had was with AHM Corp and they went bankrupt a few years back and there is where i had most my experience from but i am still in contact with the person that was my supervisor any idea if this could help ? Or what paper i would need to provide? At the moment i am working at a law firm as a service desk analyst i haven't been with them for a year yet and i don't know if it will help with my immigration plans .I would really appreciate it if anyone that went trough or is going through the process would help with my questions .Thank you

Means certificate must not be older than five years prior to submitting application.
