Quebec Skilled Worker program

Hello,
I applied for Permanent Residence under Quebec skilled worker program in 2018. However in 2020 I got a job in another province and I moved from quebec. My PR application is still under process. Yesterday I received a IRRC request letter to submit settlement plan in Quebec. Please let me know, how to proceed ? how can I make my case strong?

You need to prove residency in Quebec. That is what will make your case strong.

Did you apply for PR via CEC? If so,you don’t qualify to settle in Quebec. You must prove that you will not be settling in Qu3bec to get approved.

I need some research help in this..
I applied peq graduate..I got csq in 2020 by appeal of French b2. I graduated in 2016.
Based on old regulations only french b2 and diploma needed. I applied pr on 2021 July. I got imm5669 in July and I was visiting ottawa so I mention I was visiting ottawa 3 months and I was unemployed. Then I got medical request n got favorable then I got imm5669 request now in September so I was in question..
1) I write new montreal address in imm5669 and status implied as I applied for open work permit as my current work permit expire .will It be issue of intent to reside refusal or will ircc ask settlement plan? N how to prevent please advise

Did you apply to CEC program? Based on your other posts it appears as though you may have.

I'm inland.peq graduate is not cec. For quebec cec u should show intent to reside out quebec. But for peq graduate if u visit outside quebec or live outland will ircc ask plan establishment or doubt intent..
