Hi. I did the evaluation on Quebec government website and it showed me that I am eligible. Now, I have 6 months of experience in United States and I called my employer to provide me work experience letter but they said that they don`t provide such thing and provided me with a phone number and the employer code to verify. My question is: Can I apply for the Quebec Nominee Program by providing the number and the employer code or I would need the work experience letter.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Himanshu,
You can prepare undertaking document outlining you job duties and provide contact details of the employer. You can even state that the employer does not issue any specific letter.

Hi atin,
Thank you so much for your quick reply..

I do have another question and it is: Do I have to move to Quebec after submitting all the documents to make my case stronger or I can live here in Toronto and can apply. Will any of these make any difference to my file processing I mean rejection. And do you suggest me to take help from a lawyer.

Any additional information will be appreciated.

Thanks
