Am a Technical Manager (Network engineer) with 5+ years of experience in leading network/system integration in the MENA region, CCIE Certifed Collaboration , CCNP R/S .... with a Master degree in Network and System security.

Please advise what I should do to boost my application.

You are already in very good possition why you go quebec for straggling. However you can submit b2 level of france for boost your application otherwise wait years by years like us. One think I also have MS in CSE, CCNP, MCSE, Oracle 11g, Rad Hat, CCNP security. Haveing France B1 trying B2 but Still waiting.. from 2012.
