Dear all ....I got CSQ Last month. Now i am going to apply Federal Part

My question is I applied CSQ Single with kid ( Non accompany spouse). But the federal part application ," IMM 5669 Schedule A activities " asked my spouse work details. But my spouse never ever worked since the last 10 yrs. What will i do ?. If i mentioned " Unemployed " all the years , this will effect my PR application ? What will i do? Really confused ?

I dont think will effect it, what will effect it is listing false information and later discover it.

I received medical request on 3rd October and done on 7th october.I myself lodged file. the receptionist of the hospital said to upload your emedical form. I thought it has to upload somewhere in gckey. but I didnt get it. please help me what to do now?

Hi, If the hospital has the emedical, they can only update your medical reports to CIC. Check with them....

Application no. receive on 18 April 2018
Medical Request on 3 October 2018 and than given medical on 6 October, 2018
now in gckey, I can see the status of Background check show ' We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information'

You can mention Studying, unemployed etc. based upon what your spouse did during this tenure.

Also, in Generic Form you will have to tick the option that your spouse will not accompany you in Canada.

I think there is a list of doctors on CIC website for each country. You can contact one of these doctors.

I applied in QSW program on a point bases. we filed in sep 2015 and later in sep 2017 we added our baby than csq issue in feb 2018
