Quebec skilled worker - confirmation of permanent residence not signed and dated

Hi,

I got PR through Quebec skilled worker. The Confirmation of Permanent Residence does not have the signature of "Agent d'immigration" and was not dated too.

I tried to get a SIN number but the guy said it needs to be signed.

Was it supposed to be signed when I received it from CIC. Or do I have to go and land in Quebec for someone there to sign the confirmation of permanent redesidence document and then I take it to get a permanent SIN.

Someone please advise me!

It should have been signed when you "landed". I assume you have "landed" at a port of entry. So you will have to return and get it signed.
 
if I go and land now while still working on a 1 year contract to expire next summer in Ontario, will it present landing problems do you think?
