Quebec Skilled worker application in Montreal (for applicants outside Quebec)

Hi All,

I applied for Quebec immigration under Skilled Worker category (CSQ) in Montreal in start of August 2010.
I currently live in Ontario, but will move to Quebec upon immigration or may be even earlier if my upcoming job interview goes successful.

Any idea, how much time it may take to get the CSQ application processed in Montreal, for applicants currently residing in Canada (outside Quebec)?

I know a few guys from a different forum and the timeline its about 6 months or a little bit longer.

I also applied for Quebec from within Canada in end of April, received AOR after 2 months now waiting for interview or interview waiver or invitation to submit French exam results.

Hi All,

It is rather unfortunate to inform you that if you have submitted your application to Quebec and you have not yet been called for an interview nor have got the final decision yet, your application will be processed according to the new rules in effect since August 1st, 2013, no matter when you submitted your application.
