What you guys do?? return the docs and check that box that i do not submit or take an exam even A1 or A2.. coz i think cant make pass the B2 in a span of 2mos.. bec i think we need to return the doc within that short time...

Ah i see... you have a file number, that's good news. Stay positive! Double check all documents. If that's the only place they informed you in the letter, just correct that mistake re-apply.

the problem is they no longer accept application as of this date, those who've got the same problems as yours before were able to resubmit their file just in time to be included in the cap since its still open then

No, fireflie has a File Number included in the letter received. That means the application is taken right?

In my understanding all applications included in the cap are those checked as correct and complete and aor was given, if it stated in the website that the cap is filled up since august 11, how can fireflie's application be included in the cap or accepted if she/he decides to submit french language in a number of months from now, as this is what the immigration requires her to submit, isn't it?

The Pinoy FSW2014 page is flooded with medical exam requests. This means they really moving forward with their application. Ours only got as far as AOR's.

I really don't know what's happening with Quebec immigration. I thought they need us (immigrants) but why are they taking too long to process our applications. It's been weeks since the cap was full but there were no response coming from them yet. I am just burned out thinking that my documents has a 99.99 % chance of coming back since it got there after the cap was full. Processing of documents should be faster now.

You should understand they have a huge backlog. That's probably also why they put the number at 6500 since April 2014. This way they can stop receiving new applications until April 2015, and work on the applications they have received over the years..

The official processing time for applications filed from Philippines is like 40 months. Plus the documents screening is much stricter than the FSW. :( They require more documents even on the spouse's side. Plus, French.... euh...

I just hope that the process will be much more faster now. :(
The uncertainty of being included in the cap is really unnerving and I hope everyone here understands my frustration hmmm :'(

U applied when? July or August? You can always call them to ask, then you can know instantly.
Just be patient and wait. We applied in May, and we got charged on the credit card just two weeks ago.. See how slow it goes..
