If I'm not mistaken, a few days after the typhoon sila nag pass. And hindi naman daw hiningan ng info supporting your claim na severely affected ka ng typhoon.

Hi! Ngayon ba pwede pang mag apply sa affected ng haiyan?

The Department will receive a maximum of 6,500 applications for a selection certificate under the regular Federal Skilled Worker Program. Applications received beyond this number will be returned.

It is important to note that the rules concerning applications excluded from this maximum number, the order of priority for processing and selection grid will be renewed.

"the order of priority for processing and selection grid will be renewed" isn't it safe to assume na wala silang babaguhin dito sa 6500?

ganyan din ang intindi ko (it's jsut the cap, order of priority and slection grid ang ma renew)...however regardless of how we understood it, we still don't know what exactly will happen on April. So let's just continue on praying for positive response from Quebec.

Hi po! Please help naman.. we just received a text message from our consultancy na hindi na daw need ang form na declaration by a candidate practicing a regulated profession. Ang problem po ngayon ay nalodge na kami ng documents without those forms. Both my husband and i are nurses pa naman.. now, im worried that our application might be retured. Any inputs po?ano kaya mangyayari sa applications namin? Ano po pwede naming gawin ngayon..

That form must be included. If you check the Documents submitted in support of the Application for Selection Certificate
Skilled workers (Regular program)A-1520-AA(2013-05), kasali yang form na yan na dapat mo isabay sa application. I wonder why sinabi ng consultancy nyo na di na kasali. I guess you just have to wait for any response from Quebec regarding your application because I'm not sure if you can send that form as an additional document kung wala ka pang AOR. Hi po... Sad naman yan mismo na consultancy mu d alam nag process pa sila, Anu ba yan.sana po nag baba sa kau sa quebec.gov lahat andun ung mga procedure and policy naka highlighted.naku, Malaking problema yah. Sana hingan ka Lang ng additional papers if mabait ang nag pro process sau.

aww...maige pa talaga dito sa forum mas magaling pa sa kanila mga seniors libreng naglilingkod...anyway wala ka ng magagawa andun na yun, wait mo na lang kung ano mangyayari

Try to go to the office of your consultant and show them the guide which clearly states that you need to include the declaration and let's see ano explanation nila. Sorry kasi i don't think there's much you can do for now other than wait for any response from Quebec. Unless your consultancy have any good advice.

May lawyer ba yan consultancy mo na expert sa Canadian immigration laws or Quebec immigration laws? I really hate consultancy agencies who claims as if they know so well tapos magiging palpak lang. Not all agencies are like that though and I have met several Filipinos who were under agencies but are here already. Better read the website. Its all there.

Hello po ask ko lang regarding sa pagpapasa ng french diploma at exam. nababasa ko kasi sa thread and wala akong idea..
walang sinasabi ang consultancy regarding jan.. kaya gusto ko po malinawan..
tinanong ko sila sa office ang sabi sa akin ielts lang ang need kong i-take..
kasi ang pagtake daw ng french exam eh applicable sa mga applicants nagpasa ng applications before august 1?
totoo po ba? magulo po kasi.. para alam ko po gagawin ko. salamat po

hi daisydane08, nag-aayos ka pa lang ba ng documents? tama naman consultancy mo pwedeng magpasa kahit wala munang french, actually kahit nga ielts pwedeng hindi muna at to follow na lang, yun e kung pasok ka naman sa required points na 49 pag single at 57 pag married para makapagsubmit ng application.

from what i understand sa update starting april 1, 6500 CAP for federal skilled worker dito sa ASIA. ibang continent my ibat ibang CAP. 30k cap sa lahat ng country.
