I have some questions about the Quebec Self-Employed Worker Program. The website says “No applications will be received”. It also says: “If you have advanced intermediate knowledge of French… your application is not subject to these rules and you can submit your application at any time until March 31, 2018.”
Does that mean if I have advanced knowledge of French, I can submit an application at any time in the year? Is this scheme open for applications every year?
Also, are there any specific requirements pertaining to the level of annual income that I should be making from my profession? Are freelancers included in this category?
Is this scheme based on a points system? If so, what are my chances of getting accepted if have advanced knowledge of French, good command over English (and two other languages), CAD 100K, 8 years of experience in my profession, and I am 30 years old?
