Quebec Website. Everything is available there. Do check the processing time of your country. In some cases they open the file in 40 months. Also applicants get rejected on Proof of legality thing. So there are cons for QSW.

I am in US, I don't prefer Canada anyway. I have some situation that's why thinking to apply. From US it does not take 41 months. It's approximately an year. Thanks for the heads up though
