Quebec residency situations

Hi there,

I got my CSQ and recently received my confirmation PR. My landing date will be in 10-Aug-2015.

Do I have to stay in Quebec for a certain length of time before I can move to another province? There is no such clear obligations for newcomers (only that you intend to live and work in Quebec, but intention can change right?). From legal point of view, what is the intention and how you can proof it?

Greatly appreciated if you could answer my question or any input!
