Quebec - Profession governed by Professional Code for Pharmacy and B.Sc *****

Hi All

Do you have any idea about to practice a regulated profession or trade in Quebec?

I believe this is some kind of code or certificate to work as an authorized employee having registered professional code. I have done B.Sc in Chemistry and being a professional in chemical and pharma field my job profile is mentioned under professional code list (refer below link).

Can any one explain if this is mandatory to get this code?
