2 to 3 months depind on how you send the doc.
i said that coz mine took 6 this becoz when i sent
the first time i forgot to fill up one line and they sent it back to me.
after that they said one doc was not readable, they sent it back and
then asked to send proof of residency.
dont get into this mess...make sure everything is included and no empty spaces!
and you'll be good.

Hello bobine
I just have couple question
Is it required to notarize the copies of documents? in the Quebec site, it says a copy.
Also, do you think the h1 document, first and last paystub will be enough as a proof of experience? my employer denied to give me any experience letter at this time.
your help will be much appreciated.
Thank you

hi feras80
i have notorized some like my green card copy, the copies of my diploma (by the embassy of my country here- birth certificate too) but the rest was just a copie.
i am not sure about the experience thing but you should ask your employer to write you a letter (the compay logo paper) that states that you were or are employed by him since ....( eg 01/01/2002) as .....(eg assistant manager or shift leader or whatever) and list the duties belong to your job and you will be fine.
my advise to you is to notorize the copies you could (do not give them any chance to delay the process. 4 the letter, if your employer stil refuse, do it yourself with the name, address & phone of the company and a cover letter explaining why it didn't bear ur employer signature and stamp.and if anything needed to be done, they will let you know.
i am sorry that you have to go through this hassle w/ ur employer
good luck

Hi All,

It is rather unfortunate to inform you that if you have submitted your application to Quebec and you have not yet been called for an interview nor have got the final decision yet, your application will be processed according to the new rules in effect since August 1st, 2013, no matter when you submitted your application.

Please check this FAQ, specifically answer No. 1
http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/informations/questions-answers.html#august

Also, please help us to send a complaint to the Minister of Immigration by using the link below, you can send the complaint in either English or French,

http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/fr/ministere/ecrire.html

Many thanks guys!
