I don't know long it takes to be contacted by the VO?

Congrats on completing steps 1 and 2 (for Quebec anyway, lol). For your spouse's country, it says 16 months.

Did you receive it by regular mail, registered mail, express post or...?

I know it has not been long since you received it, but has your status changed at all online (i.e. to Meds Received...)...?

hello me too! hubby is from montreal quebec.. till now after i got my qsc last may 08, 2013, my ecas status (permanent residence) is still in a Application Received status ;(

Could be because the processing time is 14 months for Manila..But I hope it goes much faster for you!
