Hello,

I just wanted to know if we apply for any visa to Quebec province from home country, the file processing vl be done in Canadian embassy from home country or there is anything like files for Quebec are processed separately in home country.

Me and my husband both applied for student visa and i got the visa but his visa is rejected, it is been almost a year now that we are planning for his processing. We did not apply for spouse visa after his rejection because he went to Saudi for his project and he recently came back to India. So we are planning for his visitor visa, i just wanted to know if there is anything like files for Quebec are processed separately and rest of the Canada separately, if that's the case then his visa chances would be more i guess.

If they are really processed separately would his rejection will reflect on his visitor visa?

Any better option that any body can suggest, I would appreciate that!!!!

I request any body to answer my question that would be of great help to me.

Thank you
sujani

1. Quebec is part of Canada, they have their own selection of Permanent Residents, but is still processed Federally.
2. All the files are Federal.
3. Yes, he has to declare his refusal. The application will processed by the Canadian office in either ND or Chan if he applies in India.

hello,

Thank you for ur valuable time. You know ones canadian embassy rejects they reject evrytime...unfortunely we are the one of the victims of this act. My husband is rejected for 3times for student visa even after his improved ielts n change of course.

Now canadian embassy left me with two choices
1) To apply for PR n sponser him to come here.
2) To go back to India.

Now i am afraid vl he come to canada or i have go back...For PR i have to wait fir more 3yrs.

Wht do you think we shuld spply for visitor visa? Wht are the chsnces for this visa if he comes thn we are planning to apply for dependent visa after coming to canada, we are afrsid evn dependent have chances to be rejected... What is the best option to do!

Thank you

1. With 3 refusals under his belt, it is very unlikely that he would be successful on the 4th try.
2. If you apply for PR (and qualify) he would be included in the application, he wouldn't be allowed to come to Canada until your PR application is successful and you are "landed"
