When MIDI will send you document request then send it through mail (Canada post).
Please advice how to fill Documents to be submitted in support of an application for a Quebec Selection Certificate Memorandum - Skilled Worker (Regular Program) (A-1520-LF)
You don't have to fill this form as this form was mandatory for offline application submitted before 2016 but since 2016 they started Mon Project i.e. online application system you will get the personalized checklist from MIDI only.
Please find below the documents I had already signed
1) Statement on the common values of Québec society (A-0520-VF)
2) Statement on the common values of Québec society (A-0520-VF
3) Statement of a Candidate in a Regulated Profession or Trades (A-0527-JF)
4) Contract of financial autonomy (A-0522-OF)
5) Power of Attorney - Representation Mandate (A-0525-AF)
6) Authorization to Disclose Personal Information (A-0527-DF)
Kindly advice me what is the next step for the process.
As I said already, you dont have to fill any paper form right now. You have to apply online through following link and select register.
