I have a job in Quebec but I am remotely working from Ontario. My employer from Quebec has a positive LMIA for my position and that will grant me 50 points. I want to check if I can use the 50 points for my express entry profile,the employer being in quebec and my remote work being in Ontario.
There is also an option where the employer might state that am reporting to the Ontario office,can I then use the 50 points issued by Quebec based employer towards the points for Express entry? Please suggest, thanks
