Hello every body;
I'm about to apply for the Quebec skilled worker program and i need an advice concerning the French and English proficiency.

It say in the web site :" You may also enclose a document to prove that you have worked in English or French".

*I did two years of post secondary studies in french language.
*I had worked in a french calling center where i used to talk to french people over the phone and solve their technical problems for two months.
* I have passed all the ESL classes in a community college in the USA and have gotten my associate degree In information technology in the same college.
* I have worked in the cafeteria of the college as an assistant manager for more than two years( this job requires a high English level ).

Knowing that i can provides letters that prove the above, would i have to take the french and English tests?
Thank you

If you want to claim full points... just take the test.

This is an extract from the EG7 guide:
"CIC strongly advises that you provide the results of a language test if English or French is not your first language. Written submissions are only recommended for applicants whose first language is English or French."

Regards.
