Hello,
I am new to this forum.
1. Could you answer what are the criteria for "validation of job offer" for Quebec skilled worker program.
Is a full-time job offer (for example a contract based i.e. one year) which is approved by the ministry is sufficient or the job offer should be for a permanent job?
2. Should the applicant have the result of the French or English test ready when submitting the application (in the next intake date)? If not, how long after the submission, the applicant should present all the documents?
Thank you all.

Let me help you.

1 - I think it has to be full time, a skilled job (0, A or B) and has to be validated by MIDI. Any one would be acceptable.

2 - No one knows yet how it is going to be. However, there is a speculation that the next intake period will be in express of interest model. I think French won't be required but you will hardly have enough points to be invited to apply without French. In other words, French will be required.
