Quebec immigration requested for additional document in required formate

It has been observed that Quebec Immigration has asked all old applicants to provide the additional document in the required format within 90 days in accordance with new rules in 2014.

HELLO DEAR
I have applied for Quebec immigration (CSQ) in 2013 from India. yesterday i have received an email from Quebec immigration,they are asking for some documents as:-

-proof of income tax (legality of your experience)-as my income is low(NO PF) and according to Indian govt. i don't have to pay tax.I have already stated Quebec immigration this,but they are asking me to give the proof of income tax ,now what should i do please help me

-also what about social security contribution as social security contribution system does not exist in India. PLEASE HELP ME
