Quebec Immigration Fake ???

Dear All,
I am not going to trust any more of Quebec Immigration System i think it is fake.
I think it is only the system for earning money. They do not return your fee if your application is not accepted.
This is only money earning from the people all over the world.

Every year accept 10000(include all application)*1200 ( in average) = CAD 12000000
Almost 40% of skill worker apply both Quebec and Federal so they go federal they did not got return there fees.
Some people get VISA who stay in Quebec and French.

What is the fucking Processing time 4 years Fuck Fuck they have only 80000 application may be, I only can process this within one year.
What is the fucking processing work???
1. Input information to database.
2.Inquire all Documents
3.Communicate with CIC office all over the world.
4. Scan all paper in database.
any work??????? any any????

Quebec are fucking us and we are fuck by sick Politician.

So please do not apply Quebec don't lost your money and time.

You are correct , quebec immigration is fake .
1-u take online assesment which says are eligible.
2- u have to pay hundreds of dollars fees
3- they will send u file no and will keep silent
4-you will ask via email : they will tell u to call them
5-you call , they will reply u the same : check our site
6-if site says 3 years ( equivalent in months )waiting period , they will keep u maximum time on hold.
7- they will email you requesting completion of some docs missing from ur file .
8-so u develop hope again and send them docs again.
9- they will keep silent again ( usually a month )
10- u will receive " rejection ".
11- you realize after years of hope that you wasted : years from your life, thousands of dollars , effort for a fake promise for quebec .
12- from news you can realize that : quebec has one of highest unemployment in canada, minorities problems.
