Today my husband and I got back all our immigration application and documents with a letter asking for the "Formulaire DCS (A-0520-AF)".
I don't understand why they asre asking for that form when I have included the English version of it.
All the signatures are included and there are no blank spaces in the form. We've included the entire form, all the way to the Quebec Values.
Please help!
