Hello!

I'm an international student going into my third year and I'm considering staying in Canada, likely Quebec, post-grad. International Student Services through McGill is a great resource for study permit questions and they have occasional seminars on post-grad options, but they don't do one-on-one counseling about immigration. What are some good resources you've found? What's your experience with immigrating to Quebec vs the rest of Canada?

Background info in case it's important - I've read through the Immigration, Francisation, et Intégration webpages but it's a lot to handle, my common-law partner is a citizen here, and my French is basic but I'm taking classes and hope to be at a B2 by the time I graduate after Fall 2021.

Best resource is the official IRCC website or Quebec's official website. Stay away from any sites that aren't the official sites (too much incorrect / out of date information). You can also dedicate time to reading through the posts on this forum. If you don't want to do the research yourself or are finding it too complex / confusing, then you should hire an immigration lawyer.

Your easiest option is to be sponsored by your Canadian common law partner through the family sponsorship stream.

In terms of Quebec's economic immigration programs, tons very of bad experiences (very long processing times, canceled applications). Much worse than other provinces. Lots of people here will warn you off applying through the Quebec programs.
