Quebec Immigration 2013

Hi,
We applied Quebec immigration program in 2013 through Consultancy in Nepal as Nurse. We paid for application for both my wife and my self. We are in UK. My wife completed MSC Nurse from UK and I am here in UK as a dependent. We didnt get any confirmation of receiving documents from consultancy for quebec program.
I am not sure out application has been sent to quebec immigration program by Consultancy or not. Is there anyway I can track my previous application for quebec program.Where Can I contact.
I heard new immigration worker program for quebec is being started in summer. Can I re apply this program or not?
How can I re apply for this program? WHat documents and preparation that I have to do? Is there any authentic consultancy the take fee and suggest us to get documents.
Please I would be happy if you suggest me.

I have also applied in August 2013 for the same program. I neither received any respond or case no. or file no. I have got back the money from the consultancy from where I applied. I have the same problem to check the situation of the document. Have you received any respond from the post?
