When and how soon after frist arrival/landing can one apply for the Quebec Health Insurance Card?
How soon do they deliver the card, and do they mail it to an address in montreal or city where one is located
or should one have to go and pick it up in person.
Also, Where is the Administration of Regie du Maladie located in Montreal to obtain the Insurance Card?
