if i get enough points (52), what are my REAL chances of applying through Quebec, because i dont speak a spec of french. Eventhough, i have been living here for the past 5 years.
THROUGH THE GENERAL, I know that language requirements are not necessary, as long as you can make the points basis in other ways. Whats the wait time for a response ?
