Quebec Experience not accounted in CEC

I have more than 1 year of experience in Quebec from 4th Sep 2012 to 30 april 2014. The form in Express entry shows that i have valid canada experience and also gives me the points.
But at the top of the list, my profile is not show as eliglible for CEC, it was showing CEC met earlier in november last year when i checked.

How can i get this fixed, so that my experience is accounted and my profile becomes eligible for Canada Experience Class.

In theory this should not be issue, as Quebec Applicants do qualify for CEC.
