QUEBEC CSQ

HELLO,

I'm new in this forum, and hope that somebody can help me with some infos,

im from Albania 28 year old and i sent my application for CSQ on october 2011 to the canadian (quebec) embassy on Vien AUSTRIA.
On 27 of janary 2012 i received a letter from immigration office Vien ( we confirm that we recieved you application of CQS, your file is opened and we'll inform you by mail (french) i received again the same letter on may 2012 from immigration office in Quebec.

Based on your applications how,, much time do i need to abtain the CQS ??
Or if was any missing document do they would inform me ??

edhe une kam bere appl.per CSQ.
Besoj se te ka ardhur dy here i njejti njoftim per faktin se e shte zhvendosur zyra ne Montreal.Po qe se duhen dok do te kishin vene ne dijeni.
Une kam appl. ne jun-2012,nuk kam asnje pergjigje per CSQ,pervec hapjes se dosjes.
