Quebec CSQ applicants: did you submit that form?

Hi everyone,

For Quebec CSQ applicants who have never been divorced/separated and who don't have children from a previous union: did you submit the form A-0527-FO?

Two MIDI agents told me that my file would be returned for being incomplete if I don't fill the form, regardless of whether it applies to my situation.

However, the instructions on the form seem to state otherwise, so I called a third MIDI agent who told me that I am indeed not supposed to fill the form (in my situation), only include it with the mention "s/o" (n/a). This is confirming my interpretation of the form, but it is still in direct contradiction with the first two agents, so I am unsure what to do.

So I was wondering what did other applicants do? And did any of you have an approved application with either option?

Thank you!

Hi.

I sent my complete application, including that form, we are married, it is the first marriage of both and we have no children. We send the request September 17 and we got AoR September 25, meaning it was complete.

Hi,

Thank you so much for the reply, it's extremely appreciated.

Did you also fill in the information of the sponsor, or did you write s/o (n/a) ?

And did you see somewhere that this had to be done, or were you instructed by someone to do so ? (The instructions really seem to be indicating otherwise, which is confusing me a lot.)

Thank you!

I put the information of my husband (Sponsor) in this format.
We do not have an advisor or a lawyer, we did the whole process alone. Fill out the form because it said on the Quebec page that you had to send all the forms of kit A. My husband read the guide du garant.
