Quebec CAQ status help

In the CAQ website, it says my status is "Waiting for documents. If you have already forwarded them, their receipt will be confirmed later." But I sent to then a week ago, and I am sure they have received it.

I have already have a file number. I am wondering the status message means that my documents are not enough.

It takes around 2 weeks for them to update the status of received documents. If you have followed the checklist, then you got nothing to worry. Maybe since they receive many applications, they are not that much bothered to update the status after receiving the file. But as far as I know, it takes around 2 weeks after the document is received (if you have sent all the documents stated in the checklist) to update the status. But on the other hand, your application will be under processing despite the outdated status.

What documents u send them? Do u need to also send financial details for CAQ?
