I've tried to search the answer here but I couldn't find it.

When you apply for quebec, you first need to be approve in CIC, which will then ask you to procede with MICC.

When you send the application to be approve in CIC, do I send all the documents of my sponsor too (Police background check, medical, etc.) or do I wait to have the CSQ from MICC to send them and only send the document for my sponsorship to MICC ?

I was thinking at first that you send everything to CIC and you only send the CSQ alone when you receive it since everything else have been sent but now I'm unsure.

Thank you for any help.

you need to send them with the Federal application, otherwise the Office visa will contact you or your sponsored one to send them and that makes your application longer to proceed!

Thank you very much. It was only this part that got me wondering:

If your undertaking application is accepted, a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ - Québec Selection Certificate) will be issued to the person you are sponsoring. The MICC’s decision will be transmitted directly to the Canadian Visa Office for the sponsored person’s country. The person you are sponsoring will then submit his or her application for permanent residence.

Put it does make sense anyway to send them all at the beginning.
Thanks.
