i am just thinking about another option of quebec after the 7th draw of EE of 469 points. anyway thanks for this information.

Are you aware the processing time for CSQ is painfully long....? Im talking about 3-4 years for only getting CSQ, then about 1-2 years for the federal stage..., let alone the fact that they just reject people easily for failed tiny details regarding documents formats.

If you still want to pursue QSW, you just have to procure those documents they requested... or else it equals giving up.

Are you from India? Maybe if you search in this thread (top right corner, searching engine), you will find many useful info. It has been discussed last year how to procure certain documents for Indian applicants.

QSW is still remains as my dream. Yes, I'll try my level best to procure these documents.. If someone help me how to get these documents then lot my time will be saved in searching discussions on this topic.

I'm from India, I live in UK temporarily until end of June2015. I will not be having any time to procure these documents after going back to India.

If you are in IT field, then you should have either the PF document in your RPFC. If so, then the RPFC sends a Form 23 to the organization every year. This will be a proof. If you do not have the Form-23 then you need to take a statement from the PF office, that you had maintained this account with them for this many years.

This is only to claim the points of experience. Meaning a maximum of 8 points. If you do not have it, you can still have other areas.. where you can score points.. if that favors you, need not worry about this!

After 4 years wait , They have sent a clarification letter , But when i called up to ask for the status . They said an clarification letter has been sent to my mailing address , But i never received it . I have asked them to resned the letter.
Now my questions are
1) i Completed MY IELTS in Apr 2011 . Will i have to retake as the scores are vaild only for 2 years
2) i have submitted my Police clearance certificate . DO i have to submit a fresh one
3) I have done only my DELF A1 , Is this enough ?

After 4 years of agonizing wait . Haven't heard much !!

Once you have enough points, you don't need any language test.
Police clearance isn't at this stage.
After obtaining csq, you will apply for pr , that's where it's needed

Hi Friends

I have received an email from embassy with this

"Subject: Intention to reject your selection certificate application" & submit XYZ ( thats OK i m collating those information) however

1)I have applied from India & in that email they are asking to submit my proof of social security contributions payment of income tax .From India all we have is ITR V forms & acknowledgments .What i can do is notarize them . But it also says that any ITV forms or ack will not be considered

Please advice .

Am a Oct'11 applicant from India. I received an email from Quebec immigration about 2 months back for the extra docs proving legality of work experience and asking me to provide either proof of IT payments or PF payments. Just want to know that if I send my original PF docs will I get them back?

Almost all the indians are having the same problem of this tax contribution.
Why can't midi accept what they have.

You all should look for people that have updated their file and seek for advise from them.
On Facebook, some indians got a mail of en attente d'une date d'entrevue After updating their files.

most of us here are not from indians and we can't help you.

Please be careful at this stage because any mistake will lead to loosing all you have labored for all these years.
