I am from Bangladesh. I got a favourable response for a CAQ for studies. The response has sent to the New Delhi Canadian visa office. But we know Singapore is the Canadian visa office for Bangladeshi citizen. So, now where should I submit my documents for the study permit to Singapore visa office or to New Delhi visa office?
